Marvel Television and Animation Preview Upcoming Disney+ Slate at New York Comic Con
Marvel Television and Marvel Animation used a New York Comic Con panel to give fans a first look at their upcoming Disney+ slate, according to a recap shared by Disney in the UK.
The presentation included exclusive footage shown for those in attendance and appearances by surprise guests. In line with this section's spoiler-free promise, this report does not describe what that footage contained, only that a first look was presented as part of the panel.
Comic Con panels of this kind are how Marvel typically introduces its next wave of streaming titles to fans, bringing together the television and animation sides of the studio in a single showcase. The event signals that a further run of Disney+ series is on the way from both divisions, covering live-action television and animated programming.
Further public details about individual titles in the slate are expected through official Marvel and Disney channels as their releases approach. Until then, the panel stands as a confirmation that the Disney+ line-up continues to grow on both the television and animation fronts.
