CYCLOPS AND HAVOK CANNOT HURT EACH OTHER — THEIR OWN POWERS CANCEL OUT BETWEEN BROTHERS!

Scott can punch through a mountain and Alex can melt one, but genetics filed a restraining order — against each other's powers, both brothers are bulletproof by birth.

Alex Summers (Havok) debuts in X-Men #54 (1969); reference sources from the Official Handbook tradition through the Marvel Database record the standing rule that Cyclops and Havok are immune to each other's powers, extending to Adam X, with third brother Vulcan only partially resisted.
