Earth's Inhumans were not the Kree's only experiment. In Fantastic Four Vol. 1 #577 (2010) the Fantastic Four meet the Universal Inhumans: four other peoples remade the same way — the Centaurians, the Badoon of the Moord Council, the Kymellians of the White Room and the Dire Wraiths — each ruled by a queen, and each queen carrying a genetic marker tied to an ancient Celestial prophecy.
The prophecy, recited as the queens arrive, promises five queens for the one king: the king who returns from the forever night, under whose banner they will claim a holy land called New Hala. The king is Blackagar Boltagon. Oola Udonta, Aladi Ko Eke, Onomi Whitemane and the goddess Avoe crossed the stars to pledge themselves to the Midnight King — which made them, alongside Medusa, wives of a man who could not say a word about any of it.
Reference guides to the Universal Inhumans describe the unions as ceremonial pledges rather than romances, and note that Medusa was none too pleased at sharing her husband with several new wives. The arrangement outlasted its war: after the Kree were defeated, Black Bolt disbanded the Universal court, the marriages were annulled, and the four queens went home to govern their own peoples — leaving Attilan's royal family tree with four branches almost nobody mentions.
Why It's Obscure
Medusa spent a lifetime as her husband's voice; prophecy responded by giving him four more queens to stay silent at.
